Website request privacy
How Dream Floor handles online requests.
Online request forms
When online forms are available, they ask for company name, contact name, business email, phone, a product code or business type, and optional notes. Cloudflare checks for spam before the request is saved.
Storage, staff review, and email alerts
An accepted request is stored in Dream Floor’s Cloudflare database so authorized staff can review it. Production is configured to use Cloudflare Email Routing to send an alert from website@alerts.dreamfloorusa.com to contact@dreamfloorusa.com after a request is stored. The routing subdomain, MX and SPF records, and destination must be verified before these alerts are enabled. The stored request remains the authoritative record; an accepted request does not guarantee email delivery or a staff response.
Spam-protection tokens are checked but are not saved with the request. Form values are not added to browser storage, cookies, the page URL, or browser logs. The website does not save raw IP addresses or raw request headers with the request.
Each submission records privacy notice lead-data-notice-v2. If the form service is not ready, the page does not claim success and shows phone and email options instead.
Thirty-day retention and deletion
Accepted website requests are scheduled to expire after 30 days. Online forms remain closed unless automatic cleanup is working and caught up. Cleanup removes expired request records. Dream Floor does not use this information for public checkout or payment processing.
Cloudflare may keep temporary recovery copies based on the account settings. Deleting an active request may not immediately remove those copies. Restoring data requires separate approval and a follow-up deletion check.
Cloudflare processing and direct contact
Cloudflare Workers runs the form, Cloudflare D1 stores accepted requests, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for spam. Phone and email links open the visitor’s own communication tools; information sent through those tools is outside this website-form flow.
Optional analytics and performance measurement
The site may offer optional Google Analytics (GA4) only after you grant optional analytics consent. Your choice is stored in the first-party dfw_analytics_consent decision cookie for 180 days. If you allow analytics, GA4 may set _ga cookies and related _ga_* cookies only after that grant; the site configures those cookies for no more than 180 days without extending them on later visits. You can revoke that choice and remove those GA cookies through Privacy settings. Revocation reloads the page with optional analytics disabled. Before consent, the optional GA4 script is not loaded. If a later site release disables optional analytics, the site automatically removes any remaining analytics decision and GA cookies.
Dream Floor sends GA4 bounded page and interaction measurements only. Analytics event parameters do not contain form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, other personal information (PII), or request IDs. Google may still receive ordinary browser and network metadata needed to provide the service. Ads storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and Google signals are always off; Dream Floor does not enable advertising or personalized advertising through this measurement.
Separately, only when both a valid public Cloudflare Web Analytics token and the exact build valuePUBLIC_SITE_ORIGIN=https://www.dreamfloorusa.com are present does an owner-controlled build render one deferred cookie-free beacon on canonical www.dreamfloorusa.com pages. This cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon is independent of optional analytics consent and may measure pageviews, visits, and Core Web Vitals without the optional-consent cookie. It is a performance measurement service, not a form or request-record service. Dream Floor does not add form values, PII, request IDs, or raw query strings to analytics configuration; ordinary browser and network metadata may still be processed by the provider. A build without both required values renders no CWA beacon. This local implementation is not proof of provider activation or deployment.
Google Maps
The Warehouse & Delivery page includes an optional interactive Google Map. The website does not contact Google for the map until you choose Load interactive map. Loading it may send technical request information, such as your IP address, browser details, and page referrer, to Google under itsPrivacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
The warehouse address and the direct Google Maps link remain available without loading the map.
No public checkout
The current site has no public cart, checkout, payment collection, dealer pricing, or tax-document collection.
